Sometimes the burden can feel heavy in our day to day lives. We might not see a mini-success or think of an achievement as something to celebrate or at the very least reflect upon and acknowledge a victory! I give you permission to give yourself permission!
Acknowledge the fact that you learned something new, that you noticed an improvement in a skill you’ve been practicing, that you helped someone, that you set a new goal, that you stepped out of your comfort zone.
The idea is to embrace the mini successes, take note of your growth  as you work towards your goals and dreams!

Reflect back to your childhood:
What did you want to be when you grew up?
Why did that appeal to you? Who did you want to become?
Has your vision of that changed or is your inner child desire still calling-if so, are you ready to respond?
