Lezlee Liljenberg: Owner of Lezlee Liljenberg Allstate. She graduated from UTA Texas with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations then transitioned into commercial real estate for 15 years, she is a welder and talented artist of magnificence gem encrusted cow skulls and pieces while sharing her success as a very strong, active community advocate. She serves on the Board of Women Steering Business along with supporting many other local and worthy causes.

Leader: Make sure to be with and surround yourself with people that have similar or greater goals, ambitions and skills than you. Find supportive women (and men) who will be there to help sustain your mindset, accountability and positivity.
Change: Be as versatile as you can be. Change isn’t always something that we find easy, it might be something that is necessary-so prepare to work on being flexible and versatile, they are skills that must be practiced.
Education: Lezlee values continuing education across all spectrums; read, listen, learn, research…seek out the resources to continue and grow yourself. Explore all options of wonder, have confidence in yourself to go see what options might take you on a path might lead you to something new.
