One sweet moment changed that, and she discovered that the corporate hustle hours on ZOOM revealed a lack of deep unfulfillment surfaced during the pandemic. She talks about how this piqued her curiosity to research work life balance, opportunities to connect and interview other women, she began coaching other women and that led her to create Corporate Rehab! Author: Jennie shares the inspiration on why and how her book CORPORATE REHAB: Ditch The Hustle Culture and Thrive Again came to be. Once she realized it was time to make the move away from her position, many other women became curious as well. She shares the story of taking their calls, hearing their thoughts but there was something more. Many women began asking her to share the information Jennie was finding helpful, but she soon realized that this was something that many, many women were craving help with to include some painful stories of the journey and growth coming out the other side. Jennie reminds us that we are not alone on this journey and acknowledges the bravery it takes to be still, see the signs or listen to the inner voice of knowing something is “off” then taking steps to make a change.
