She recently launched her book, THE SOUL OF STARTUPS: The Untold Stories of How Founders Affect Culture . It’s a can’t-miss resource for company founders, entrepreneurs, managers, executives, and startup professionals, around how a founder can impact company culture. Additionally, she’s widely recognized in Europe for her innovative influence on how Human Resources works in technology companies and startups.
She now works with companies around the world as an advisor and lives with her family in London.

She aims to give them a space to collaborate and be candid to aid in bringing business to build out their capabilities for maximum success. The book is a great light and inspiration to founders on what they have built while allowing for growth and improvement. Sophie touches on a pivot point in her career where she realized she needed to make a choice on her trajectory. It’s exciting to hear Sophie’s answer about when she feels the most satisfaction…be ready to hit replay!
