Betsy shared in her Episode 101 that she has a new launch of her highly anticipated, niche membership-based collaborative that is in part creating community to provide a support system space for women.

We are in sync in this mission…and we had never met! The mission to uplift one another, the mission to help bring together the brilliance of like-minded, diverse women seeking to elevate. In fact, there are a few Silhouettes working to bring circles of women together to create community with a variation of offerings…and isn’t that what it’s all about? Something else that was mentioned is how much room there is in our world to have focused opportunities and be a resource to provide the connections for a more ideal fit. This is freaking fantastic!
Here’s the raw truth. There are those that tend to hold back on sharing, promoting, or collaborating or worse, holding other women back in progressing. Some refrain from helping with a full-on open heart classifying it in her head as competition, in realty-it is FEAR.
Look ladies, we have enough drama, chaos, and B/S. to sift, grind out plow through and filter away on a daily, why make it so difficult for your fellow females?
I and 100% confident that if I asked for you to share two examples of an instance that this happened in your journey, you would share five! Right? I know, we all could…so let’s make a pinky promise and swear to be better on this and to flip the script on this toxic nonsense? I venture to say that you are here with us, so it’s probably not you-but-we need to lead by example and lift our hands and voices to be the light in any future opportunity to share with another female who approached you. Yes, darling you! We each have skin in the game of life and moreover helping to pass the light to another Silhouette to illuminate her Silhouette of Success!
Now, all hands in…one, two, three…go pass on the light!
