Our VIP Featured Guest Our VIP Featured Guest “Shares hope in healing” through her works as a Christian based motivational Speaker, Singer, Songwriter and Author of the recently published book “Fear Not For You Are Redeemed.” As a survivor of child sexual abuse and rape she is passionate about sharing her hope in healing through Jesus. She is a trained advocate for sexual abuse survivors and knows how to communicate with women in a way that brings healing. Recently, I briefly met her and just knew she had a story to share…Silhouettes, please help me welcome Stefanie Jane!
CONVERSATION HIGHLIGHTS
Transformation: She embraced the calling, she is focused on healing survivors of sexual abuse and trauma. Stefanie tells us that she prayed on this interview and what could she share that would be helpful to the audience. She shares that there is a lot of rejection in her word, yet she is constantly going back to God to reassure her in this uphill battle. Staying in line with his calling has supported her to embrace her roles as a creative to deliver her healing to help others. She shares her favorite, daily life quote from the Bible, 2 Corinthians 3:16-18. Look it up, take a listen for yourself. It’s simply clear, refreshing and awakening.
Healing: “I’ve never told anyone this before, but__________________________.”
Stop right there, Stefanie realized allowing herself the space to release her past trauma, be vulnerable that now creates a space of safety for others to open up to her, share their story and begin to find some peace, or freedom in verbalizing their story. She talks about sitting down and writing with the Lord. She started writing to the Lord when she was in third grade and this a critical component of her life and work.
Godly Life: Stefanie shares about her conscious choice to live a Godly life. She shares about the time when she was sitting at her piano and received a calling from God to put her talents and gifts towards helping others to heal through her story of healing. She tells us that this path she took the call to follow opened doors that she never imagined. She compliments the amazing musician and partners that help to create her album titled “See Me Change?” Stefanie is a advocated for Godly counseling for all but especially with those surviving trauma. She shares how when she does feel drained, that God brings along people next to her for support, encouragement that includes her album and getting her book published.
