Maybe not change everything but at the very least give you some inspiration to adjust some habits, incorporate new best practices and take steps of intentional action towards reaching and achieving your goals! In this Sorority Session I am reflecting on Amanda Lynn’s story of how the informercial for Chuck Norris’s Total Gym {featuring Christie Brinkley too!} changed her life. It’s a valuable story rich with micro-lessons rich in opportunities of growth.

Spoke to her pain, Chuck Norris is an authentic human (Christie too!) and shared a possible solution for her.
