Our VIP Featured Guest Lucy Ham pursued a business degree from the University of Hawaii, is and has been a highly successful real estate Broker since 1978 licensed originally in Milwaukee WI and is a well-established businesswoman in Flushing Michigan for many years now. She and her team have helped over 13,000 families so far in her career…and there is no slowing down for this real estate icon! She’s a writer and past business coach for the Mike Ferry Organization, recipient of Realtor of the Year Award in 2011 and many other notable awards that we will let her share with us! She is a strong advocate for community and has blessed hundreds, probably thousands with her generosity and with her generosity of donations in the form of, computers, funds, lunches, prayers in the moment and so much more. Lucy is a wife, mother, Grandmother and cherished friend to so many.

OUTREACH: Lucy has a generous heart and giving spirit. She shares with us the connection of giving, supporting and being kind that goes back to her childhood. It’s in the DNA. PROBLEM SOLVER: Growing up on a farm in South Dakota, Lucy talks about how she developed her ability to problem solve. With neighbors few and far between it was a skill that was developed out of necessity and has strengthen and proven invaluable throughout her Silhouette of Success journey in her personal and professional life, after all she is a real estate Broker! Talking care of people and helping, yes, especially in real estate, this comes natural for Lucy.
WALK FORWARD: She talks about letting the Holy Spirit guide her in walking forward. She doesn’t allow the daily dramas or externals to impact her mindset or health. Go-to resources when she gets stuck, she leans into quiet space and a quiet place, being in the word with the Bible and helping someone also helps. It’s a sign, it was a literal sign! Lucy tells the story about growing boldly and during a recession, no less. She made the decision, made the call and now that decision has been amazing in her business. She tells us about more advice on moving forward and productive from a past Coach that helped motivate Lucy to plan her next vacation, so she did. She now vacations one week a month now!
